Hi, I’m Justin. In 2019, a cervical spinal cord injury left me paralyzed from the neck down and dependent on a ventilator to breathe. My life changed in an instant, but my resolve to fight for progress in spinal cord injury research has only grown stronger. This blog is my way of amplifying the science that could one day rewrite stories like mine—and thousands of others. By sharing breakthroughs like stem cell therapies and biomaterials, I aim to spotlight why investment in research matters and how cutting-edge treatments could unlock futures once deemed impossible.
